I began my career in education over 25 years ago as a public school teacher in California. That foundation shaped how I think about learning to this day... not as content, but as a catalyst for growth. Since then, my path has taken me from the classroom to leading global education and enablement functions inside high-growth technology companies.
Over the past two decades, I’ve built and scaled customer education, sales enablement, and services training organizations that supported companies through rapid growth, several on the path to, or beyond, $1B in revenue. I’ve launched global academies, monetized learning programs, aligned enablement with go-to-market strategy, and helped leaders turn training into a measurable business driver, not a cost center.
I’ve designed and delivered learning across nearly every format and modality: instructor-led programs, eLearning, video, microlearning, certifications, knowledge systems, and digital academies leveraging LMS platforms, content ecosystems, and, more recently, artificial intelligence. Today, much of my work focuses on helping organizations thoughtfully adopt AI to personalize learning at scale, accelerate content creation, and operate more efficiently without losing the human element that makes learning stick.
I’ve partnered with teams across SaaS, enterprise B2B, retail, and consumer industries, supporting customer education, partner enablement, sales onboarding, leadership development, and technical training. I bring a practitioner’s mindset, an executive’s lens, and a bias for action to every engagement.
At the core, my work is about helping organizations grow by helping people grow... intentionally, sustainably, and at scale.
