About Me

I began my journey in education over 25 years ago as a Special Education teacher in California’s public school system. Since then, my path has been anything but linear—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. From those early classroom days to leading global education strategy for a Fortune 500 company, I’ve built a career rooted in one belief: learning changes everything.

Throughout my career, I’ve designed and delivered training across nearly every format imaginable—global enablement strategies, instructor-led programs, eLearning, video, podcasts, microlearning, job aids, knowledge bases, and more. I’ve launched initiatives powered by LMS platforms, social learning tools, content management systems, and now, artificial intelligence.

My recent work has focused on exploring how AI can personalize learning at scale, enhance content creation, and streamline operations. As the field evolves, I’m leaning in—experimenting, researching, and helping teams navigate what’s next.

I’ve worked across industries—from retail and consumer to SaaS and enterprise B2B—supporting customer education, partner enablement, sales and services onboarding, leadership development, soft skills, and technical training. Whether it's coaching sales teams, enabling customer success, or architecting L&D strategies, I bring a practitioner’s mindset and an executive’s lens to every engagement.

My work is driven by purpose, powered by experience, and always centered on helping people grow.
